It could be so many things man..... I'd go through and check all your wiring connections to start. Then work your way from there.

buy a turboed honda i did now it makes 360 hp all day i drive it every day and it starts with out a probem

vacum hose check the diagram for vacum lines all the electric plugs and mas air sensor

It's OBD 0. scan tools won't work. got to ground a cable and then count some blinking lights on the dash. I'm actually not in JAX, in Ocala for right now.
