need some good help

i have 1996 zx7r it runs good intall a change the coils now only cylanders,1,2 exhaust pipe are hot cylanders,4,3 exhaust pipe are cold as ice i have spark from all 4 wires coming from the coiles eney help with this probem would be nice thanks

All you did was swap coils? if so try putting the old coil back on the 4,3. if that fixes it than you know that you have a weak coil. i know it sounds dumb but wiring it backwards could cause some issues too. I don't know your level of mechanical abilities, but this should be a simple fix. check your ground. if its like the 95-7 zx6r's than is comes with the wires, check wires for continuity. and while you have the tank off pull those plugs and check them out
